Available Positions – ICCBS, University of Karachi Jobs 2025
1. Network and System Manager (01 Position)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 100,000 – 120,000
Type: Contractual
Eligibility Criteria:
- MS/ME in IT, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Telecommunication, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- 3–4 years of proven experience in managing ICT systems and networks in a reputable national or multinational organization.
- Must be certified in at least one of the following: CCNA, MCSA, MCSE, Server+, or RHCE (preferred).
- Strong skills in system administration, firewall configuration, and managing virtual machines or bare-metal environments.
- Hands-on experience with OpenStack, LINUX, and cloud operating systems.
- Should be proficient in managing security appliances and allocation of machine resources.
2. Electronic Engineer (01 Position)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 100,000
Type: Contractual
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. / B.S. in Electronics from an HEC-recognized institution.
- Must have 3–5 years of relevant experience in maintaining advanced instruments used in Chemical and Biological laboratories.
- Experience with RF Amplifiers, signal receivers, and other digital electronic devices is essential.
- Maximum age limit is 32 years.
3. Trainee Electronic Engineer (01 Position)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 50,000 – 75,000
Type: Contractual
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. / B.S. in Electronics with a consistent first-class academic record.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
- Candidates with hands-on experience in operating and maintaining analytical instruments in chemical research labs will be preferred.
4. Electrical Engineer (01 Position)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 100,000
Type: Contractual
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. / B.S. in Electrical Engineering from an HEC-recognized institution.
- 3–5 years of experience in the electrical distribution network and solar energy systems.
- Practical experience with 100+ KVA UPS systems, electric motors, circuit breakers, and industrial cable work is required.
5. Mechanical Engineer (01 Position)
Monthly Salary: Rs. 75,000 – 100,000
Type: Contractual
Eligibility Criteria:
- B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
- PEC registration is mandatory.
- 3–5 years of experience in operating and maintaining mechanical systems such as HVAC (chiller-based), gas/diesel generators, water distillation plants, and compressor systems.
- Must have working knowledge of workshop tools and experience in Building Management System (BMS) operations.
