- Delivering lectures at undergraduate and postgraduate levels.
- Conducting high-quality research and publishing in reputed journals.

- Engaging in faculty meetings, seminars, and academic discussions.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Professors & Associate Professors: Ph.D. with relevant teaching and research experience as per HEC criteria.
- Assistant Professors: Ph.D. in the relevant discipline.
- Lecturers: MPhil/Master’s degree with relevant academic background.
- Strong research background and publication record.
2. Clerical & Administrative Staff (Clerks, Office Assistants, IT Support, Librarians, etc.)
Job Responsibilities:
- Managing administrative and clerical tasks for smooth institutional operations.
- Assisting faculty, students, and visitors with academic and administrative inquiries.
- Handling official correspondence, record-keeping, and document management.
- Providing IT and library support to students and faculty.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Bachelor’s or Intermediate qualification (depending on the position).
- Proficiency in MS Office and administrative tools.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
