Eligibility Criteria:
1. Performance & Monitoring Specialist – CGU
- Minimum 10 years of professional experience in public financial management, accounting, or finance.
- International exposure or corporate governance experience preferred.
- 16 years of education in Economics, Finance, or Commerce.
- Certifications such as ACCA, ICAP, or relevant public financial certifications will be a plus.
- Strong leadership and proven track record in managing successful teams.
2. Senior Financial Analyst – Risk Management – RMU
- At least 10 years of experience in financial management, PPP frameworks, and risk assessment.
- Strong knowledge of debt management, financial analysis, and infrastructure finance.
- Preferred certifications: CFA, PMP, CP3P, FRM, ACCA, ICAP.
- Minimum 16 years of education in Finance, Economics, or Commerce.
3. Associate – ISU
- Minimum 10 years of top-tier relevant experience in Pakistan or internationally.
- Must demonstrate verifiable achievements and leadership potential.
- 16 years of education from a reputable institution (national or international).
4. Analyst – ISU (MBS-III)
- At least 5 years of relevant experience in public/private sectors.
- Strong academic record and leadership traits.
- 16 years of education with preference to top-tier or national excellence centers.
5. Analyst – ISU (MBS-IV)
- No prior experience required for top-performing graduates.
- Candidates must demonstrate academic excellence.
- 16 years of education from well-reputed institutions.
Application Process:
The recruitment will be conducted in three stages:
Stage 1 – CV Review:
Applications will be shortlisted based on academic qualifications, experience, and professional achievements.
Stage 2 – Written Test:
Shortlisted candidates will undergo a GRE-style written test assessing financial, technical, and strategic problem-solving skills.
Stage 3 – Interview:
Qualified candidates will appear for a panel interview to evaluate their suitability for the applied position.
